Over 150 staff and youths from seven UrbanPromise International sites in Malawi kicked-off the 2019 UPI summit at African Bible College. This year’s theme is: Creating A Self-Empowered Workforce. This is an opportunity to hang out and exchange best practices. It was also the first time for the Voices Awake girls to attend. They melted everyones hearts with the confidence they showed. They were eager to learn and even more eager to respond. They sang and danced; their joy was unescapable. They impressed us and everyone they met.
